Registration Instructions

The Greater Lorain County SHRM Chapter (GLCC SHRM) is pleased to introduce an online registration system for all chapter events.  The new system – called MightEvent - is in effect with our June, 2018 event and all events going forward.  The system is easy-to-use, accepts MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express, and will simplify check-in at GLCC SHRM events.

Instructions for using the new online registration system.

Login Instructions for GLCC SHRM Members

  1. Use the registration link on the GLCC SHRM Meetings page or click HERE.
  2. Login to the system using the link at the top right corner of the page.
    1. Your username is your email address
    2. Your default password is GLCCSHRM2018
    3. The system will acknowledge you by first name when logged into the MightEvent System. You should see a welcome message on the top left corner of the screen.
    4. Once in the system – please use the “My Accounts” link at the top right corner of the page to change your password to something other than the default.

Non Members and / or guests new to the system

First Time users:

  1. If this is your first time making a purchase with MightEvent - proceed directly to the Registration information instructions below to both set up an account and to make a registration purchase.
  2. When prompted - Enter in your email address and use the "No, I am a New Customer" option. The system will assign you a password.
  3. The next time you login - please use the "Forgot password" link to have the system send you your password. Then use "My Accounts" to update your password to something other than the defaultb.

If you have an account in mightevent - login to the system

  1. :Your username is your email address / use your system assigned password or your newly updated password entered in the "My Account" section.
  2. The system will acknowledge you by first name when logged into the MightEvent System. You should see a welcome message on the top left corner of the screen.

Registration instructions for GLCC SHRM Members and Guest/Non Members:

  1. Click on the “Events” link and review the listing of events on the page.
  2. Select the event that you wish to register for by clicking on the green “Registrations” link.
  3. GLCC SHRM members will have access to the “Members” pricing option.
  4. Note that multiple registrations may be made on the same transaction. Please indicate the proper type of registration (Member or Non Member/Guest) for each purchase.
  5. Add your registration to the cart and checkout
  6. Review the purchase(s) in your cart and if accurate proceed to “continue to billing and shipping.” If you need to make a change – please click on the “cart” icon / “return to cart” and then update your purchase.
  7. Review the “Billing” information to ensure that the information matches the billing information for the credit card used in the transaction. If necessary, update the billing information based on the credit card used for this purchase.
  8. Click on the “Continue to Payment” link and enter in the credit card information.
  9. The system will approve your transaction and you’ll then enter in the “First name/Last Name” of the person(s) registered for the event. The number of “Attendee Information” boxes will based on the number of registrations made at the time of purchase.
  10. Look for your email confirmation to arrive in the mailbox shortly.
